Fees are being driven down, the selection process is involving more people. Ironically, it’s slowing down even though the pace of business to speeding up verses what we think. We’re losing projects that we never lost before. We’re being seen as being the same as everyone else. Our prospective clients think that we look the same and we sound the same and we act the same as everybody else.
