Yes pre-construction services! Whenever possible I bring in the contractor day one on design and begin the process of getting them as invested in the design as you and the client are. I tell the client to expect about 5k in pre-construction services with the builder and I tell them why. It’s a very easy sell and it makes the process and the end result so much smoother.
