NICK SERFASSThis week on the Entrepreneur Architect Podcast, I have the privilege to be speaking with a man that may have some answers for students and professionals regarding IDP, the AIAS and the future of the profession.

As a former assistant director of the Intern Development Program (IDP) for the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and as the new Executive Director of the American Institute of Architecture Students, Nick Serfass is in a very unique position. As a Project Architect earlier in his career, as a member of the Board of Directors for his local Richmond Virginia chapter of the AIA and leading the way on both sides of IDP, Nick Serfass has a perspective of the profession that few others possess.
