What is the weekly schedule?
Cohort 2 runs from Monday, August 24 through Monday, December 21, 2026.
Most weeks include:
- One 90-minute live training session on Mondays
- One 60-minute Momentum Session or Guest Expert session on alternating Fridays
- Approximately 3 to 5 hours each week, including implementation inside your own firm
Every live session is recorded, so if travel, client meetings, or family commitments prevent you from attending, you'll still have access to the complete program.

Is this an online course?

EntreArchitect Academy combines live instruction, implementation, coaching, accountability, and community into one structured experience.
You'll learn directly from Mark and Bryon during live sessions, implement what you've learned inside your own firm, receive ongoing guidance throughout the program, and grow alongside a cohort of architecture firm owners facing many of the same challenges.
How much time should I expect to commit?
Plan on approximately 3 to 5 hours each week.
That includes one 90-minute live training session, one 60-minute Momentum Session or Guest Expert session on alternating Fridays, plus time to implement what you've learned in your own firm.
The Academy is designed for busy firm owners. Every session is recorded if you need to miss one.
What if I can't attend every live session?
Life happens.
Every session is recorded and available to participants, so you can stay on track if travel, client meetings, or family commitments prevent you from attending live.
Do I need experience with AI?
No.
The AI Acceleration Toolkit is designed specifically for architecture firm owners. You'll receive practical prompts, templates, and workflows that are easy to use, even if you've never used AI before.
Is EntreArchitect Academy approved for continuing education credit?
We're currently submitting Cohort 2 to the AIA Continuing Education System for approval.
Our goal is for participants to earn AIA Learning Units for eligible Academy sessions. Once approval is complete, we'll publish the total number of approved credits and report qualifying attendance through the AIA Continuing Education System.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes.

What is your refund policy?

After the first two live sessions, tuition is non-refundable.
Will tuition be lower for a future cohort?
No.
Early Enrollment offers the lowest tuition available for Cohort 2. Tuition increases as enrollment progresses, and future cohorts are not expected to cost less.
